TIME VARYING FIELD

Electrostatic field created by static charge while magnetostatics field created by moving charge (time-invariant current or Direct current). However, when we have time varying current as a source of the field, we will later discover that the electric and magnetic field will co-exist together.   • TIME VARYING FIELD
    Faradays's law as well as lenz's law can be used to explain the phenomena whereby the current is produced by the time varying magnetic field. This chapter also investigate on the changes of Maxwell’s equation for time varying field (due to Faraday’s Law). Maxwell equations are powerful equation to solve electrostatics, magnetostatics and time varying fields.

  • ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD
    Electromagnetic field is the last chapter in this course. This Chapter discuss the propagation of plane wave in unbounded media (free space). The behavior of the electromagnetic field are also observed in different media such as free space, lossless dielectric, lossy dielectric and conductor.
